Within 30 Days
We want you to love your Color Baggage products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, contact us at frontdesk@colorbaggage.com no later than 30 days following the receipt of your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Returned product must be in original, unused condition. We do not accept Color Baggage merchandise that has been soiled or damaged. For returns of unopened complete cartons and packages in the first 30 days, we will cover all shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price.
After 30 days,
For up to 90 days from the sale, we will accept returns but we will charge a 15% restocking fee, and you must pay for shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened or used paint cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
